Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Available for all order values
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for orders over $50

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Every Shoe Fit purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Crib shoes
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging if possible

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on their processing times.

Exchange Policy

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original item
  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect/damaged

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
