Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
- Shoes must be tried on clean surfaces only
- We cannot accept returns on crib shoes due to hygiene reasons
Important Note on Final Sale Items
Certain clearance or specially marked items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on their processing times.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original item
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect/damaged
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
