These are very comfortable. They feel like I’m wearing thick socks or thin slippers. Very lightweight. Grippy soles. Firm in the sides of the heel. The Boa lacing makes a huge difference in getting them adjusted to just the right tightness for what I’m doing at the moment.

These shoes run incredibly narrow in the midfoot and heal. My feet are wide all over (I am a female who wears men’s wides) – these may have been ok with the width of the toe box but I would have needed serious foot liposuction to squeeze my foot into these
I tried on a few other new balance cross trainers and they were all pretty narrow (even for the wides) so if my fellow hobbit feet gym girlies are hoping new balance came in clutch…they didn’t
