I have multiple foot problems. This shoe is the only one I find comfortable. I also need a 4ee wide This company seems to be the only one that carries it. It’s slip resistant as well. BTW, Zappos customer service is absolutely stellar! I’ve also bought great kids shoes/crocs for my grandkids. All around great company, and my go-to shoe source!

Very comfortable right out of the box. Minimum break in time till they are perfect. Excellent for delivery drivers.

Shoes are okay … moderate support for a heavy set individual, lasting about 1 1/2 months before they start wearing down and out needing replacement by 3rd month.
The insoles flatten out about a month into daily use, resulting in replacement by ill fitting insoles that never provide the same comfort.. really wish new balance would sell the insoles that fit the model shoe without needing to trim to fit.
The use during the last months have been in a warehouse setting on hard concrete floors. This could be an individual preference.
Would I buy again yes this will be my 3rd pair in 9 months.

Husband wears 15 5e and this shoe fit him. He works on his fit and he said this shoe is lighter than some other shoes. Very attractive, I plan to buy more pairs as larger sizes go fast.

I’m a machinist, These felt great standing in one place all day on cement. They lasted longer than regular new balance sneakers. I bought 4E width and they fit well.

Ordered size 12 6E the left shoe was too tight on my Third and fourth toe tips. The right shoe felt fine
Ordered size 12 1/2 6E and the right toe was very tight and the left shoe felt fine.
I feel these shoes are not very well made. Or perhaps the pointy design of the shoe defeats the extra width.
Had to return both pairs.

Have worn New Balance shoes for years. These were a bit more snug than normal (usually get running shoes), but were true to size.
I do recommend breaking them in before wearing them though. The soles are very stiff, so I wore them for a few days while doing my running around shopping and errands on my days off. Wear them 7-10 hours for work doing Amazon delivery.

I’m a delivery driver. I get in over 25,000 steps per day and love these shoes. They very cushiony and provide great support. Of all the shoes I’ve tried, these are the most comfortable and hold up the longest.

Love these shoes & I have been wearing them for many years. I’m on my feet all day & walk 30,000+ steps a day. The soles are very durable & I get a full year out of each pair. The smooth leather makes keeping them sharp a breeze. I hit them with am Armorall Leather Wipe once a week & they look great.
I wear a size 13 & somewhere along the line New Balance changed the mold. I still measure as a 13 D, but I have to order these in a 14 D or they are too small. I tried on another model at the New Balance store & had the same issue. New Balance should check their factory 13 molds as they appear to be off.
There is one weak spot to this shoe & that is the material that covers the heel padding. It feels like pantyhose material, inevitably tears, then the unprotected foam padding begins to come apart in chunks. A more durable material covering the foam is desirable.
Lastly, I wish New Balance would offer these in more colors. The gray ones no longer show as available. What I would really like to see is these available in brown. Not suede but the same matte leather as the black version. If I could have these in black, gray, & brown I’d wear nothing else.

I work on hard concrete floors all day. I used to have pain, not just in my feet, but all up and down my lower legs. That’s gone since I started wearing these shoes. I won’t say that it doesn’t feel like I’ve been on my feet, but the pain is gone! Now if they could just make a show that also took away the tiredness. 😉

These seemed to be comfortable and great work shoes.They only lasted 4 months.The bottoms separated and were my first pair of work shoes that didn’t last a year. Very disappointed. Had new balance before but never had this problem

I bought the show for Work. Although I work in an office, I still need to go to the shop floor. The shop has allot of welding going on so there are sparks flying everywhere. These shoes do well in that environment all the while providing good grip. When i get back to the office my feet don’t hurt so I can concentrate on the task at hand. The only minor flaw I can find is the loop above the heel is too small. I can’t get my finger in it.

The sole on the front started to come off after 8 months. I thought these were supposed to be work shoes. Contacted customer service with the photos and they did not even respond. Waste of money. Gotta love their competition on their warranty service and customer support.

These do not let your feet breath, started stinking after 3rd use, also some sort of dye coloring (blueish) leaches form the inner toe going through my socks onto my toes. I’ve worn these for work about 15 routes for Amazon deliveries. The front of both shoes is coming undone with the rubber sole separating.
Comfort wise the shoes were fine, nothing spectacular. I did like the fact they are light.
