Perfect for my 7yr old. This is the 2nd pair in this style that I’ve purchased for him and they hold up amazingly well!

My son has wide and thick feet and cannot wear Nike, UA, or Adidas tennis shoes for that reason. He was very excited when these came in and he was able to put them on easily and they were comfortable! I do wish the shoestrings were a little longer so double knitting was an easier option. But I Highly recommend if your child has the same issue with other brands.

I bought these for my 7yr old because he’s starting to run for training. He has had many sneakers but loves these. He said they were a little big, but I told him that you want them to be a little bigger around the toebox when you run, especially in this heat. Overall though, he seems to really love them and says they are the most comfortable sneakers he’s had in a while. He says he feels like he can keep going in them which is great. The price point was nice as well.

After purchasing 8 pair of shoes (within the last 2wks) in different sizes and widths, these FIT without effort and with thick socks. (S/N: my 4yo’s feet grew from a 10.5W to a 12XW in a year!)

My extra-wide footed 7-year old LOVES these! The extra wide gives his toes room to be wiggled! The heel notch is tall and firm but not uncomfortable and the pull-on loop is large enough he can use it! We will definitely be looking to buy more of this style as his foot grows!

Great shoes and my son’s only major complaint is the shoe laces are too short to tie a single knot. It if was only 4 inches longer it would be perfect.

Loved that these shoes lace the whole way with no Velcro. My 8 year old wore these for club cross country this season. Great shoe that fit him well. Grass, gravel, road, trails, these shoes took him everywhere with his team and nationals!

This is our second pair as it’s hard to find comfortable shoes that fit my son’s wide feet. However, he has only worn them a week and the tongue of the shoe has already detached from the rest of the shoe. I think we got a defective pair but unfortunately can’t return because they’ve already been worn.

This is my favorite sneaker for my son with SMO ankle orthotics. It is so hard to find sneakers wide enough to fit him. I love the XW width and ability to tie the laces for support. I will continue buying these!!

Had to go with this style since the Velcro style didn’t hold up more than a few weeks. We purchased toggle laces for these shoes.

My six year old son absolutely loves these shoes (Little Kids sizes 13 XW). It is very difficult to find extra wide makes of shoes that are honest about the extra depth and width to accommodate kiddos with extra wide feet. New Balance has never disappointed us throughout the years to maintain consistency and provide style and accessibility of shoes to kids with extra wide feet.
