Shoe is great! My son has autism and is nonverbal so he can’t tell me the comfort level but he seemed ok. The velcro stopped sticking after 3 weeks of use on my first grader. So we are returning them.

These kinda look like old man shoes on my 5 year old, but he loves them and he’s so excited that they’re so easy for him to get on by himself. And I love that they fit. It’s so hard to find extra wide shoes, especially as he gets older.

I have to order them in a smaller size. He has been wearing a 1 1/2 shoe extra wide and u thought a size 2:would b a better fit. I was wrong Agee’s seem to run larger

My son calls these his Ghost Buster sneakers. We’re phasing out of the velcro so these will probably be our last purchase of this type but we are 100% a New Balance family.
These are also great for sports kids because they are easy to get on and off.

The white sole on side of shoe started breaking apart and falling off with minimal usual use. My son loved design and the Velcro strap work well. Not sure if ours was defective or this is a problem with the shoe in general.

The velcro straps initially were so hard to detach that my five year old son could t take the shoes off himself. Now the don’t stick at all. I would not purchase these again. We’ve had them for a month and a half.

My son needs extra wide shoes and we usually have difficulty finding ones that fit him well now that he has aged out of Stride Rite. But these extra wide ones work well for him

My son liked how high up the shoes came up his heel but they were a bit small, unfortunately. I think they run about a half to a full size small

Great fit and very comfortable. My son has very wide feet and these sneakers fit like a dream and are comfortable for him all day. The one downside is that the Velcro doesn’t keep the strap on very well after about 3 months. I ended up sewing a new Velcro patch on to extend the life as the rest of the sneakers are still going strong!
