These are the worse pair of 574s I’ve ever purchased. Each year I buy NB shoes and mostly 574s for my son and daughter. The canvas shoes seem to hold up way better, but this one is suede. By the 8th week of school he came home with a gaping hole in his shoe. He has several school shoes so it isn’t as if he wears it every day either as wear and tear would be a factor, so I did not expect them to be destroyed so quickly. (This can be verified on my account as to when I purchased this shoe. School started Aug 22nd and this is the shoe on October 18th)

I love these classic New Balance. Zappos did send the wrong size at first and I had to exchange them, but now that I’ve got the right ones I’m happy. Very true to size, these are a good overall shoe for support, balance and traction with a great classic style aesthetic. Hot Tip: Big Kid sizes fit women since this style doesn’t come in women’s.
