My usual adult size (5.5) was a half size large, so I tried the kids 3.5 and it was more than 2 full sizes too large. There was room for my index and middle fingers plus a little extra, between my heel and the back of the shoe. This isn’t the first time I’ve purchased a 3.5 in kids shoes, but the first time they fit like a size 7.

I am normally a fan of New Balance but these were a big NO. Not sure if it’s because I bought kids version, but as soon as I took it out of the box, I could tell the quality was not there. I tried walking around my house in them and ended up getting a blister. Needless to say, I returned these.

Shoes arrived covered in pet hair. I reached out to customer support as I had bought these as a Christmas gift for someone. They told me I could exchange them but I would have to send them back within 14 days and if I didn’t I would be charged. Disappointing.

My granddaughter loved the shoe, but it was slightly too big, slipping when she walked. Need to exchange for 1/2 size smaller

I got the size 4 wide and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 6 in women’s in regular shoes but this was my first purchase of new balances and heard they ran big. Love the color and style of this. I am 8 months pregnant so I got the width in wide to be on the safe side. I think I’ll be purchasing some more in the near future.
