I have the first version of these shoes- so was excited to try v2. They do not disappoint and have had more compliments on them as well. They have a nice amount of cushion and are very comfortable while running- no issues. I love the feel and would enjoy a few more color options. Either way- I’d definitely buy them again!

I received the wrong shoes and not the new balance I ordered.

I received the wrong shoes and not the ones I ordered.

half size up from my usual shoe size but similar to other running shoes. these are so comfortable, with a lovely forward propulsion/rock. the plate makes a solid base, no flex. perfect for my great toe arthritis. i choose these shoes to run in and will run my next marathon in this shoe.

These shoes with my custom orthotics are amazing. I have a really bad bunion and when I asked how to avoid major surgery the doctor suggested a copper plate, rocker style shoe. I tried five or six styles and these were the best last Saturday. I walked 10 miles without pain.

I so love the NB SC Trainer line – both the OG version and the new v2! They fit great and offer just the right balance of cushion and kick to enjoy every run – from long and easy to speedwork and races!

These are my favorite running shoes. They feel very comfortable. The soles make running more effortless for me.

I ordered men’s and received women’s had returned very disappointed , got lucky purchased 111 on runners warehouse. These shoes one most comfortable shoes market but would order half size bigger snug at toe.

I was excited to find this shoe to replace my Nike Invincible 2s sz 9.5. I need a wide toe box which Nike, Topo, Altra, work and finding NB in wide was an exciting proposition. Unfortunately even in 1/2 size up AND wide fitting, 10 wide, this shoe was still way too small in both width and length. I don’t know a single person who’s foot is shaped like a pointy elfs shoe, and these shoe manufacturers should be ashamed of themselves for making such non anatomically shaped toe boxes. The foam felt like it would have been fun to run in, but I can’t imagine ordering another 1/2 size up and wide would be enough. I’m going back to Topo in hopes that they can soon offer exciting soft and bouncy foams like these other super shoes.

Unfortunately these shoes didn’t work for me. Needed to order a 1/2 bigger than normal. Also got the wide which I felt was true to size. While the shoe was cushy & allowed for an orthotic, the tongue was too thin causing pain across the top of my foot & came too far up the front of my foot. Also the back flap also caused irritation to the back of my heel. The giant “new balance” logo is a bit much but I will forgo fashion for comfort if I have to. Still on the search for the perfect shoes…

Gorgeous! Great quality. I had a hard time finding shoes that felt supportive without being stiff – these are spot on.

Need a fill size up from what I normally wear in New Balance sneakers

I loved the FuelCell SuperComp Trainer v1, and ordered the same size in the v2 for a replacement pair. Unlike the v1s, these v2s felt flat and heavy. Also, the wides were perfect in the v1s but felt too loose in the v2s. They are comfortable enough, but not worth the money. Sadly I’ll be looking for other models of carbon plate shoes.

Comfortable and speedy!

Love the V1 but the V2 was a bit too narrow for me.

Perfect fit for my modestly wide toe box, will be wearing these for a marathon since they have plenty of room and bounce.

Ordered wide width due to a bone spur on the left foot. So far, the fit is comfortable and the cushioning is good where I need it.

I have been wearing the fresh foam 880 and 860. I did not know why I was experiencing pain in my Achilles tendon. I think the excessive cushioning was the case. The FuelCell SuperComp Trainer v2 has just the right amount of cushioning and stability. I have not experienced any discomfort in my lower ankle at all. I’ve ordered another pair, different color, to switch around. They are a bit expensive although the price is worth the elimination of ankle pain.

The white is really wide.
