The fit seemed good, although I’ve not worn them for more than a few hours in the house, to test the fir. I can’t comment on the arch support, although the drop down selections offered in this review format do not allow for NA. Since I replaced the insole with my own orthotics, it is an inappropriate category. I would not get any shoes without a removable insole. All of the New Balance shoes I’ve gotten–and I’ve had MANY–do offer this feature.

Comfortable and solid everyday school shoe. My only criticism I have is the foam tongue under the laces slides around too much.

Great quality you would expect from New Balance. Tight on the style. I have to reorder a half size larger than my usual size.

I purchased this shoe in a wide and it was still too narrow. This shoe also looks a lot longer when compared to other New Balance shoes of the same size. I loved the color but the width was a deal breaker. They have to go back.

The size ran a little small and the color blue on line had a purple undertone, but the shoes were more royal blue

I bought the grey-green and thought it was a great looking shoe. But the other reviews are sadly correct: it’s not a wide shoe despite ordering it in wide, and it feels a half-size smaller than it should. Disappointing, New Balance!

i have a narrow foot but the sneaker was snug across the top of my foot. the sneaker is comfortable.

The 11W may as well been a 10N, the FuelCell 4 was true to fit, dont know what New Balance did to this pair.

The New Balance shoes I was trying to replace (which I ADORE) have a wider toe box, which I didn’t realize until the new ones arrived. I love the New Balance fresh foam feel, but this model was unfortunately too narrow.

I love these shoes! I have wide feet and they fit perfectly. I also have constant heel pain. When I wear these shoes I have no pain at all! I’m a teacher and I’m on my feet all day. My feet feel great at the end of the day with no pain. I highly recommend these.

I wear a size 12 wide. Finally a pair with enough room in the toe box. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis. These have a great amount of cushion and I have room to put my orthotic in.

So soft and comfy! I love taking long (25km+) walks, mostly on pavement, frequently on wet pavement, and these are, to date, the most comfy shoes I’ve found for it. Sized down half a size they fit like a glove with no rubbing. I’m not a big fan of the huge, knobbly style, but the all-black colourway is super minimalist and hides how chunky the heels are so they still look pretty sleek. They’re not lightweight, but they are surprisingly light for how padded they are. They seem marginally more nonslip than normal NBs, but I’ll note that they’re pretty awful in puddles, since they soak up a ton of water.

Took me a minute to get used to all the cushion! Now I can’t long take walks in anything but these. Didn’t want to spend the money on Hokas. I actually tried Hokas at the store and didn’t love them. I am glad I tried these. Very comfortable and have the thicker sole look of a Hoka. In my opinion they are more comfortable at a much better price.
