Shoes are too lightweight for athletic use and difficult to get on because the tongue is stitched in place. Would not hold up for more than just household use.

I really like these gym shoes. they are super lightweight and very comfortable. I’m not a fan of crazy colors so these are perfect in their simple clean aesthetic.

These are so cute, and I contemplated keeping them, but ultimately I don’t think I will wear them so back they went. They felt TTS for New Balance (so 1/2 size up from my normal shoe size). Unfortunately, I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis in the past, and the paranoia of it coming back never goes away. The arch support was just not nearly what I needed it to be (yes, I have orthotics, but it’s a hassle transferring from shoe to shoe). I am so accustomed to the way that New Balance 1080’s fresh foam arch supports cradle my feet and give me the support I need in my high arch, and these just didn’t come close.

They were great width wise but I think they were at least a half size shorter than expected. I would have exchanged and tried the next size up but didn’t want to keep going back and forth with orders and returns.

Normal sizing for New Balance sneakers (I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size). They are incredibly lightweight and the fresh foam is super bouncy and plush, but it does nothing for my pronation. Very little support. Too bad, because they are a good looking shoe. If they had the support, I would have used them for everything (walks, training, short runs, casual).

I felt like the arch support wasn’t hitting my foot in the right spot. I really like the style, they just don’t support my foot how I need them to.

This is absolutely my favorite shoe. It’s so light and comfortable. I’ve thrown them in the washer a few times as well and they come out just like new every time. I just ordered my fiancé a pair, hoping he will enjoy them as much as I do.

I wear a 9.5 Narrow and used to get NB Fresh Foam running shoes. Apparently, New Balance no longer makes an N. I was hoping that an M might work but the sides of the shoes in the instep area jam into the bottom of my ankle bone. Regarding materials and comfort, this shoe felt nothing like the old Fresh Foams. If I had seen these in a store I would not have given them a second look. Bye-bye NB.

No bueno for me. I bought my usual size 8 Wide and the edge of the textile that goes on either side of the mid-foot would dig into the inside of my foot no matter how loose the laces. The foam midsole cushioning wore out in fewer than 300 walking miles.

I wanted to love these but while they have laces, they are actually slip on shoes, so very hard to get on if you have high arches. They also just felt cheap and not very supportive. Super cute though, so good for everyday if you have normal feet and don’t plan to wear for much activity. I also appreciated that the insole was removeable so you can use custom insoles.

These are okay – they look just like the photo. The reason for the mid-range star review is that I just don’t like the style as much as the previous version of this shoe from a few years ago. The rubber outsole is bigger and wider than the previous version (more ‘clunky’ looking) and the plastic middle part on the exterior of the shoe isn’t as comfortable or easy to ‘slip-on/slip-off’ like the prior shoe body which was all mesh (not to mention the older version didn’t have the tacky large “N” — it was just a simpler looking style, which was more chic, in my opinion).
