Unfortunately these do not have a wide enough toe box and front width. My husband is a true 4E. Seems like only 990’s(not version 6) fit

I typically get the Brooks Ghost but found the latest model extra wide felt sloppy when compared to the previous Ghost model. The 880 4 e fit just right. Cushion is good and comparable to the Ghost. One complete is the tongue it needs more padding and the ability not to slide to one side.

Fit & size is perfect. I was hesitant as I was so happy with my V11’s & couldn’t find a color way I liked since they quit making them, so I took the plunge and bought the V13’s and they’re amazing.

I’ve worn NB running and walking shoes for years. This has to be the worst pair I’ve bought. I wore them one afternoon, and within a matter of 30 minutes I could tell my left outer foot was getting sore. I’ve never worn a wide in anything but probably would have to with this shoe. In addition, I’ve worn a size 8 for many 35 years and still do but this shoe, my longest toe was also chaffing and I could tell if I wore this shoe long term I’d be getting a blister or something. An 8.5 would be too big so they had a design error with this model and their sizing or something. Biggest problem for me, and I’ve bought plenty of shoes from Zappos is I threw the box out and the liners right when I opened the box and confirmed the shoe tags said 8, since I wear orthotics. Why would I have any concerns, there’s never been an issue with NB size 8’s for me. Expensive lesson for me since these will have to go to charity.

Great neutral shoe after breaking it in. I got a medium 10.5 in white/grapefruit. After my first few runs, I got pain on a few right toes. I think the toe box was a bit small. This shoe hugs my feet like a glove but a bit too well. After more runs, the shoe stretched out and the insole pushed down more, so now I don’t get any pain.
The shoe has nice cushioning so my feet feel fresh after taking them off. My runs have been less than 6 mi, but I plan to use this on long runs once I build up my endurance.
The white/grapefruit color makes this shoe pop. NB please keep making cool colors!

These fit true to size. I normally wear size 10D and had no issue with the length nor the toe box…and they felt amazing during my first walk in them without needing to break them in. I’d definitely buy another pair.

I have serious problems with my feet. Had to have surgery to relieve plantar facia tear, and wear custom orthodics on a regular basis. The New Balance 800 series is the only shoe that I have found to be truly “neutral” and properly accommodate the orthodics. The “wide” sizing option is also perfect for my feet. I’ve tried other brands, but always come back to New Balance.

bought 10.5 EE I had to return the 11 W, they were too big, which is odd to me, I usually wear 11 W, even for NB. these shoes are very comfortable, not heavy and good grip with soles.

These are very comfortable and supportive. I find the regular support in these New Balance to be similar in support to the extra support Asics shoes I used to wear. I’m ordering more in other colors.
