Feel great, much better than 880v12.

Great sneakers. I’m a big man. 6’3″ 315lb. These sneakers still give me good support even though I can feel the back of my heels crushing the foam. Lol. Super light and just a great looking sneaker. (I have the blue ones.) I also got them 2 days early. Great job Zappos.

This is the perfect shoe for me. After trying the 1080v12 and the 880v13, assuming that the more expensive the better I was wrong. Though it’s listed as a neutral runner I found the right amount of support for my flat feet. It still has enough cushioning for my heels and offers good stability. This is the best version yet for the 860.

I wear an 11 (ww) in women’s, but I wanted a men’s shoe for the extra toe box room because of a foot injury. This shoe fits perfectly. And the style is nice as well. I bought many shoes and had to return them because the style or size didn’t work. Thank you, Zappos for being patient. Thank you, New Balance.

The right shoe is causing pain on top of my toes.

Very Comfortable! These are my go-to shoes for work. Love them!!

GREAT SUPPORT for someone with flat feet! Ordering a 2nd pair…..

The NB 860 has been my go to for years. I’ve tried other shoes and brands but always come back to this one. I’ve got the 12 which I’ve loved. Great for my flat feet and wonderful stability under foot. Some felt the v13 got too squishy. It is absolutely softer under foot than the v12 but I’ve really come to appreciate the extra cushion in the 13. The 12 is super comfortable but has a more firm ride. V13 is an excellent shoe. Aside from the 990, the 860 is my absolute favorite. My only complaint is that I wish NB would have MORR color ways in 4E. Love that they do 4E but we need choices!

The exceptional fit and size of the 860 series pleasantly surprised me. Despite my initial hesitation, having been a content wearer of the 880 series, I decided to give the 860’s a try. To my delight, they not only matched the comfort of the 880’s but also provided an added sense of stability, making them feel even more custom fit to my feet. Even the color ways are awesome.

There something wrong with the shape and fit of the right shoe.

Truly one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve had for walking. I’ve always gone with Brooks, and a New Balance here or there, for comfy wide fits. New balance measures large: I had to send back my normal size 12 4e to get these in size 11 4e.

This shoe is mediocre and overpriced.
There is too much upward toe curve, which is a huge problem with 2024 running shoes across the board. When will Big Shoe learn these are supposed to be running shoes, not clogs?
I also don’t like the asymmetrical tongue.

I tried a few pairs of running shoes from a few brands. I have flat feet and ran cross country and track during school. The New Balance 860v13 gave me the best arch support, didn’t crowd my toes, and have a nice cushion to run on.

They look good , they feel good, but they just do not last . The foam breaks down too fast making my foot roll to one side. These will likely be my last New Balance after 20 years of wearing the same brand its time to move on.

Have a pair of 860v12 and love them. The v13 is totally different, the tongue is to short, feels tight compared to v12.

The high pointed back of the shoe (achilles area) made it impossible to get foot into shoe and then was so non-flexible and uncomfortable on back of foot. I have had the same sneaker, the 860 for two years that I’ve loved but…. why would they ever change the design and do that to a shoe?

Perfect fit. Ordering another pair.

Everything is very good!

Felt true to size. Felt true to width. Moderate arch support.

Good shoe put many miles on it, I will be reordeing this shoe. Note: I do use custom orthotic inserts so really can’t speak to arch support

Shoe is too arrow for me

True to size and very comfortable.

Since it was $40 more than a comparable shoe I ordered, I hope I find that it provides much better support for longer walks or being on my feet for longer times than the other. We’ll see.

I wore these fresh out of the box and walked over 25,000 steps while setting up a volunteer event. No complaints. I feared they looked like “dad sneakers” but no one said anything.

Great shoe for walking long distances.
