A little narrower than the 1080v12. I had to size up a half size. Very comfortable shoe!

Felt very comfortable upon step-in, and oh so cushioned! But, after walking around my house, I realized the heel cups were rubbing on both feet. The ankle collar is padded, but the heel cups below that rubbed, even with more than adequate length in sizing. Sadly, returned.

Really comfortable. I need a wide toe box with a narrow heel and this was perfect.

Absolutely amazing! These are my favorite 1080 and has helped me through my plantar fasciitis!

I really wanted to like this shoe. However, after putting them on and walking around the house, they were way too foamy, cushy, and there was really no arch support. I could tell my right foot was pronating. So I had to return them.

Width of the 1080 v13 is more narrow in the toe box and width. Are support felt off in one foot. I prefer the prior version, but perhaps one has to get used to the new model and re-design. I returned and am ordering more of the v12.

These shoes are so soft that they actually made my plantar fasciitis worse. If my feet were healthy right now they would be the most incredible work shoes! I have never felt a sole so squishy in my life! They’re kind of homely in my opinion but if you need padding these are the shoes for you!

It’s a toned down version of the more 4. Really cushy. Seems nicely structured. They run a bit short and the wides are not wide enough. I typically wear a spot on 7 1/2 wide in Bondi 8. The NB is by far more cushion but caused me to supinate a bit which I can’t abide. Too short, not wide enough and causes supination. Fairly attractive shoe, but?

Comfortable and true to size, unlike 12’s that I am in between sizes. A little too much cushioning, felt unstable while working out. Also, squeaked when doing lunges and during walking around. The blue color was beautiful. Sadly returned.

I wanted to love this shoe. It was so comfortable. However, it did not fit widthwise. It gaped on the sides. But what a comfortable shoe. Sadly I returned it.

Dang I wanted to like these because my toes were comfortable in the toe box! But, the shoe was wide everywhere so the middle of my foot was swimming in the shoe and not supported at all. was also concerned about the fit in my heels being too wide as well but it was hard to gauge since I couldn’t walk too much in them and keep them in returnable condition. The blue color is a brilliant blue which I liked. I think this shoe is great for someone with a wide and/or deep/thick foot but for those of us shopping wide shoes to get wider toe boxes, this is too large.

Fits entirely differently than the New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080v12, and not in a good way. The shoe is significantly shorter, less cushion in the insole, and less arch support.
KarenK –
Love the shoe but it rubs on my ankle bones. The 9 was ok but I really could have used an 8.5.

I have been using this for about a week or so and I love them! The cushioning is amazing. It feels almost like it puts a little spring in my step! I like to do short jogs, but I’ve been having issues with heel pain…with these that is not a problem. If you want a running shoe with significant cushioning, I definitely recommend these.
Jeanne –
I don’t like that the sole is so fat compared to the 1080v12, which was an excellent shoe. Why do shoe companies constantly change a shoe that is popular.

Felt incredibly bouncy and comfy, but after walking for 30 min, I realized those same features lent towards instability which is why my legs felt unusually sore after such a brief walk. I returned these. Sticking to my HOKAs for now.
Celeste –
I’m a huge fan of the Fresh Foam X 1080v12 because they’ve helped tremendously after years of other expensive shoes and insane heel pain, so I was a little nervous about ordering the new v13. Lemme just say, these are the softest, cushiest shoes I’ve ever worn! The foam sole provides incredible heel cushion, and there’s honestly a bounce with each step. I was skeptical about the stack height because it looks a lot higher than the v12 in pictures, but there’s only a minimal difference! So happy with this purchase, and if you also work long shifts on concrete floors and suffer from heel pain, I can’t recommend this line enough.

These shoes are the GOAT. This is my third pair as I work in healthcare and live in NYC, so I blow through sneakers. I have high arches, and these are fantastic! They’re truly the most comfortable and supportive shoes I have found – better than Hokas, Nikes, etc. I can walk forever in these without foot or back pain. They’re true to size but learn from my mistake and don’t ever put them in your dryer. I shrunk my last pair after they got stained at work, so these are replacements. I’ve bought my true size and one half size up, both are great with a bit more toe room (obviously) in the larger size. Cannot recommend these more!
Sarah –
The design changed from the previous version. They are narrow and high. I don’t like them at all. I have been running in these fur years but will now have to find a new shoe.

didn’t realize that my old ones were so worn until I felt the cushioning in these while jogging. So glad to finally get cuter colors in narrow.

I need a wide shoe, and the width was perfect, but my foot didn’t feel supported. It kept slipping around, even with the laces tied properly.
Anonymous –
Fit is true to size, felt great with no need to break them in. If you like foamy/cushy this would be a good choice for you.

Fit and comfort consistent with NB. Color was like crest toothpaste. Very minty green. Shows up on website as neutral, but very minty green!

I ordered these and the Hoka Bondi (recommended for me to wear after breaking my ankle and getting back into exercising). I liked these better because they felt more cushioned in the heel area and because they were more aesthetically pleasing.

I have a tendency to walk more on the outside of my feet. It creates a callous that is unbearable in most shoes and these are a dream come true. They are pricy for sneakers but worth every penny to not have my feet hurt.
