Let me start by saying I LOVE the look of these boots, and am so sad that they didn’t work for me. They felt TTS for New Balance (so 1/2 size up from my normal shoe size). Unfortunately, I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis in the past, and the paranoia of it coming back never goes away. The arch support was just not nearly what I needed it to be (yes, I have orthotics, but it’s a hassle transferring from shoe to shoe). I am so accustomed to the way that New Balance 1080’s fresh foam arch supports cradle my feet and give me the support I need in my high arch, and these just didn’t come close. Bummer.

I ordered these in my normal New Balance size 7 wide and they are very narrow. I only need the wide for one foot with a bunion and they just barely fit my regular sized foot.

I can’t give you review on the fit and comfort. When I open the box the style was not attractive and it looked bulky and manly. So I’m returning them because of the style.

This shoe has weird words printed on it, like the word toe where the big toe is. Returned for that reason

These are fabulous shoes! I primarily wear them for hiking, but I can easily wear them all day because they are so comfortable. My feet are super wide, and I have mild arthritis. While wearing these shoes, my feet are never in pain because they are so supportive. I’m considering buying another pair!
