Wow, when I tried these on I was so impressed by the great fit, lightweight, and comfort!! I haven’t really put them to use for training yet but these are so comfortable, no break in required, I’m going tonight to put them to the test. Nice looking too!!

Size was too 1/2 size too big. Toe space was large and wide, little too wide for my skinny foot. Overall, the shoe material and traction appear to be of good quality

The shoe wore terribly! Good fit, comfortable and nice looking – yes. But overall not even 1 more like -3. I returned it once for another pair, and then the next pair were out in record time. Zappos was very accommodating and understanding. That was not the problem, the shoes were! Both items sets of shoes wore out in about a months time – that is a record even for my very active adolescent.

My son tried on dozens of pairs and these were the immediate winners in terms of comfort. HOWEVER, the mesh upper quickly tore. I called Zappos and, thinking it was the particular shoe, I got a replacement pair. The same thing happened to the second pair. It’s really too bad, as i would have bought several pairs for my difficult-to-fit son, but these are flimsy with no durability.

Loved the shoe and it fit well, but both shoes tore in the same places. the mesh on the inner and outer part of the show had holes within 1.5 months. This was only from semi-daily wear.

Fit was great; however, it developed a tear along the upper left side of the left sneaker. Material separated along the area of the little toe at webbing. Worn approximately 1-hour per day; 5-days per week; solely for cross training. Tearing started after approximately eight weeks.

Shoe was comfortable and liked the wider toe box. But like others here within two months the shoe had tears on the mesh upper on the outside near the pinky toe. Was really bummed about that because it was a really good shoe otherwise. Returned them to Zappos, did not order an other pair because the way the shoe is constructed it will happen with every pair.

Didn’t last a month of use (gym, around house) before my toes began creating holes in mesh fabric. Good looking and ok for exercise but they do not stand moderate to heavy use.

the shoes look ok , but started falling apart within a couple of weeks, the toe started peeling and the uppers cracked

Both shoes tore on both sides where the fabric attaches to the plastic part on the front top of the shoe after very light use.

top of both shoes along outside ripped within 1 month. I took them too a shoe repair place to sew it back together/ patch it. It ripped again in a few weeks. Now they are in the trash.

Bought these shoes in mid May and by the end of July holes developed were the fabric creases when I walk on both feet. Incredibly disappointing.

I have had the shoe for almost 4 months and only wear them to go out since I wear boots to work. The fabric is torn on the top of the foot already. I don’t recommend these New Balance.

Don’t recommend! Material around the toe area is very thin mesh and wears out quick. I wore them for less than a month and my toe wore a hole through the side.

Avoid! Despite buying a Wide size, the shoe was uncomfortable and too tight. So much so, that a tear and eventual hole formed on to op pinkie toe area. Threw these out !
