I ordered this comfy trail shoe in a 6.5 wide. Usually wear a 6. Wanted to have room for orthotics or insoles for plantar fasciitis. Tried many many shoes and these are perfect

I wanted to love these, but they ran small and rubbed my Achilles tendon. The top of the heel area is highly padded but it cuts in, so my Achilles became irritated just walking around the house. Besides those issues they seemed comfortable.

Beautiful sneaker! I wear a 9 and ordered a 9-wide. My toes felt restricted. I even double checked to make sure it was a size 9 and not an 8 sent accidentally.

Nice looking, lightweight and comfortable. Have not worn them in the wet weather yet to test out waterproof feature. Had to exchange for one size larger.

The support was minimal. I have neuropathy in my feet and need exceptionable arch support. These shoes do no providew the level of supporet I need.

I returned these shoes, the D width just was not working, just didn’t seem wide in anyway. I ordered the NB Fresh Foam X More Trail V3 in D width prior to these and they were a perfect fit, so I figured these would be also. They were not.
And Zappos is so great, they processed the return and refunded me so quickly. That’s why I like Zappos A Lot. Returns aren’t a hassle.

The shoe is great color,style, and quality. The issue is the fit. The shoe ran a full size smaller and ran narrow as well. I was able to return easily due to Zappo’s easy return policy. I love the shoe and reordered.

Definitely size up! I have been measured in a store as between a 7.5 and an 8, told to wear 8’s which usually fits well with the little bit of extra you’re supposed to have. 8.5 for these fit perfectly, and when I hold them up next to another pair of 8’s, they are a teeny bit smaller from the outside.
They are cute and comfortable. I bought them because they said waterproof, and they seem ok for that.
BUYER BEWARE: For some odd reason they seem to have really bad traction!!! Looking at the bottoms, you’d think they did… but I have never slipped so much on wet steps or other slick surfaces as much as I do in these. I still like them, and on normal surfaces, they’re fine…

I’ve been buying New Balance sneakers for over ten years and suddenly my regular size is too small. I thought “oh great, my feet are getting bigger.” But then I held the new sneaker next to my current pair and saw it was not the same. I also read in reviews that other people commented on New Balance making less room in the toe box- why would they make this change for the worse? I ordered a different model and fingers crossed it will fit.

I need a wide toe box, and this shoe, though marked wide, was not wide where I needed it. It also felt too short for 8.5. Otherwise, the shoe felt okay. The color was nice, too.

Love the Nitrel style but they don’t have the option without gortex. I tried the Gore-Tex one, which is comfortable, but my feet were sweating so much. Have to return. (They were also a tad short.)

I really appreciate a tennis shoe (Yes, I’m old and still call them that) that is comfortable but that has good support all around. More toward a hiking shoe. And I was looking for a waterproof factor; Gortex is great. This stylish shoe has all those characteristics.

As per reviews and site recommendations I ordered a 1/2 size up from my regular size. They were still too small. This sneaker was order 3 times for me because of issues within Zappos company. I spoke to 3 different reps for each problem, 1 had an accent so thick it gave me a headache trying to figure out what she was trying to tell me. I appreciated the last representative who spoke clearly and I was able understand the situation. After all the disappointment and wait my sneaker finally arrives and it’s too small to enjoy. I’ve never owned a pair of new balance sneakers before but I stand all day for work and I see healthcare professionals wear this brand all of the time so I decided it was worth a shot. I will try with this company one more time, before I just give up completely.

To anyone else who has wide feet – the toe box on these is cramped and not as wide/comfortable as other new balance wide shoe options. Uncomfortable, but cute which is too bad – they’re going back.

These fit my short, a little bit too wide foot well for easy hikes. Really comfortable but not for strenuous hiking. More ankle support needed.

I bought a similar pair of New Balance 2 years ago. That model was no longer available but this was almost the same. Gore tex, Wide, 7.5 size. It is almost a size too small. My toes touch the end of the shoe and are cramped. Very uncomfortable.
