New Balance is my go to brand for their roomy toe space. Most other brands in their regular width are too narrow for me. I can do a D /regular width in NB. I decided to try their wide as well in this model. This model shoe was fine in Wide and ok in regular for me. I like the leather for more support mid foot and ankle. This shoe felt a little too confining for me over all. I am thinking I should keep a pair of this model to have around for pickleball as my ankle or mid foot feels sore at times. As you can see it comes up higher on the ankle and gives good support.

Much too small. Also, if it’s a man’s size 11 medium width, then show it that way, rather than a woman’s 12 1/2 medium width. Yes a woman’s 12 1/2 is about a man’s 11, but a woman’s medium width is not the same as a man’s medium width.

Was very narrow! I have other New Balance that are 9M and this wasn’t even close. I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe with the laces all loose

I have another New Balance with a similar rocker style and plate. They are 9M and they are fantastic. These weee the same size and so narrow, I couldn’t get my foot into them! What I really want is a more professional version with all of the upper in leather and the the visible sole matching the upper color. These aren’t just for runners. Physicians at Hospital For Special Surgery, the number one orthopedic hospital in the United States. Recommend them for anyone who is having foot problems.

Love these tennis shoes, I wear them at least three times a week to play tennis in an indoor clay court and they are GREAT! I’ve had them for 3 months and they are in great shape.

I love the locked in feeling of these shoes and the high top for more ankle protection. They also look pretty cool. However, the material is extremely stiff and at least for the first few wears, they bruise and blister the interior part of my ankle on both sides even when wearing high socks. They also feel a touch on the heavy side. I plan to keep them as I’m hoping more break-in will help with the pain while wearing. It’s a trade-off between my security level and my comfort level on court.

A completely different shoe and brand came so I had to return.

Really enjoying the light ankle support for both tennis and pickleball.

Fit is good overall, but I get chafing on my ankle bones where the shoe & tongue overlap. I am trying to work with these shoes despite this pinch point because the support is so good
