We specialize in comfortable, high-quality footwear including boots, sneakers & athletic shoes, crib shoes, and casual shoes. We also offer complementary clothing items like hoodies & sweatshirts, pants, shirts & tops, shorts, and coats & outerwear to complete your look.
Are your shoes suitable for specific activities?
Yes! Our collection includes performance sneakers for athletic activities, durable boots for work or outdoor adventures, and stylish options for everyday wear. Each product description includes details about recommended uses.
Do you offer wide or narrow width options?
Currently, most of our shoes come in standard widths, but we’re working to expand our size options. Check individual product pages for specific sizing information.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some Asian and remote areas). During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivers in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package’s progress whether you chose DHL/FedEx or EMS shipping.
Are there additional fees for international orders?
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
What if my package is delayed?
While we carefully estimate delivery times, occasional delays can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear. You may return items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
